This is a very simple ten minute drive from Serene Palms. There’s a large free parking lot that leads to changing rooms/toilets/showers before heading onto the beautiful white sand beaches with emerald green/blue waves crashing onto it!
It’s an amazing place for a morning walk before the crowds come in or watch the dolphins play in the water.
The laid back atmosphere here is a fun place to sample 100% fruit wines only 2.5 miles/7min from Serene Palms. Our favorite is the Passion Fruit but the Tomato Wine is definitely worth a try for the adventurous ones in the bunch!
Their frozen options are a tasty treat for a hot day! I wish the place had a better area to just relax in, but being in a strip mall it’s better to grab what you want and take it home to enjoy pool side in my opinion
This is our favorite beach to relax and it’s only a 15 min drive from Serene Palms! There are walking trails around a lagoon filled with assorted birds, deer, and even alligators. Daily car pass is $8/carload. There are bathroom facilities available near the beach. For an additional fee you can ride the ferry to Shell Island for the day to collect amazing treasures while making lifelong memories. There’s a large fishing pier and picnic shelters.
